Guided by Nature is an audio experience that will help you to connect with nature and learn more about Abisko National Park as you explore it on foot.

Download the app to get started. You will be able to choose from a range of different audio-guided walks and select a language (English or Swedish).

When you've selected the trail you want, you can don your headphones and hit 'start'. This will stream audio on your mobile connection, so if you want to save your data, download the walk using the Touriststation WIFI first. Most walks start at the Touriststation.

After you've started the guided walk, you can see your current position as the blue dot. Entering an audio location zone on the map will trigger that content, and the zone will highlight on the map.

To manually play content you will need to disable 'autoplay' by hitting the pause button. Some audio points are not able to be played manually, so you'll have to physically be there to listen.

Make sure you bring snacks and water for your walk, and you’re prepared for the weather which can change very quickly. Also, please don’t forget that you’re exploring a national park; take your litter home with you and leave no trace.
